The toughest photo

this picture was the most difficult photo i have ever posted  .

sadly it is also a photo that I am quite proud of.

see this photo was taken right after I made a promise to my self to never be this heavy again .

In just 24 days I lost 7 lbs and 2.5 inches with the help of Advocare.

My journey is far from over and I plan to detail it all here.
